Order of production
AN-320x25 pumping unit intended for:
- high pressure injection of flushing fluid and mud solution to the well for structural and development drilling;
- sidetracking (including horizontal wells) from cased production wells;
- injection of different liquid technological media at well completion;
- washover and displacement operations in oil and gas wells.
AN-320x25 pumping unit versions:
1) stationary;
2) mobile – the unit is mounted on the trailer.
On Customer’s demand the construction of truck-mounted shack is executed in soundproof variant.
Manufacturer – PCF SpetsTekhnika LLC
Certificated according to Russian standards.
Used as a part of mobile drilling complexes with drilling rigs of 80-160 tons load capacity (450-1000 hp).
On Customer’s order the pumping unit is supplied with mud circulation system.
Main features and advantages of AN-320x25 pumping unit
- Hydraulic part of high-pressure pump consists of 3 separate exchangeable hydraulic boxes, suction and discharge headers that provides mounting and demounting in field conditions.
- Using of bimetallic liners in high-pressure pump accelerates speed of penetration and increases overhaul period.
- Power unit is made on base of YAMZ.8502 reliable and saving diesel engine of 588 kW capacities with wide-band hydraulic transmission. Torque converter provides “smooth” start of pump and protects transmission from overload.
Synchro-mesh gearbox extends manufacturing capability of unit application that permits to use it at sidetracking.
- Separated systems of cooling of torque converter, gearbox and engine extend working behavior of power unit including work on low turn.
- Application of angular transmission and polyvee belt drive permits to install high-pressure pump along unit axis that raises repairability and reduces overall dimensions of the unit.
- Booster pump with electric motor is installed inside the unit body and provides autonomy and mobility.
- Multiflow air propeller is installed in engine cooling system and works at the “winter-summer” principle continuously.
- Engine and mud pump start heating systems are used for initiation in cold weather.
