A60/80M1 drilling rig is designed for oil and gas well completion and repair, drilling by rotary tables and bottomhole motors.

Rig is mounted on BAZ-690902 all-wheel drive chassis.

Conditional well depth at repair and completion is 4000 meters (drilling is carried out by tubing 14 kg/m).

Design characteristics:

• single-drum winch with disk pneumatic clutches, which allow to switch from one range of speed to another and not require additional air compressed unit;
• drilling drum with Lebus's tracks which provide even rope reel-in;
• oil-filled reduction gear;
• hydromatic brake with regulated braking torque;
• 230 mm width brake shoes from fixed drilling rig;
• extension of upper section by hydraulic drive winch from remote control console;
• hydraulic drive winch for auxiliary works;
• two-way action hydraulic jacks (outriggers) with 800 mm stroke;
• reversing reduction gear of rotary table drive;
• band brake of rotary table drive with pneumatic drive;
• torque and rotary-table rotation frequency indicator;
• possibility of installation of wellhead area at a height of 2 m (rotary table drive - cardan shaft) and 3 m (rotary table drive - cardan shaft and vertical chain reduction gear);
• possibility to work with admissible load capacity without guy lines installation on the ground;
• emergency electric drive;
• basic equipment subject to prevailing functions and technological features of work.
