1BA15k.01/S mobile drilling rig is designed for rotary drilling with indirect bottom flushing applied in soft and medium-hard rocks.

Drilling rigs are the group of unified drilling rigs mounted on MAZ-5337,
Ural-4320-1916-40 chassis equipped with different mechanisms in accordance with technology of well construction. They are distinguished by high efficiency, simple control, reliability and serviceability.

Basic equipment of 1BA15v.02/S drilling rig:

• hoisting tackle mounted on MAZ-5337 chassis includes R-410 rotary table, double-drum winch, 18,6 m mast with racking board, NB-50 mud pump, generator, setback, swivel, manifold, hydraulic breaker;
• PK15B compressed air unit is mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for well completion;
• BA15-71sb tool block mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for drill pipes transportation;
• hydraulic mixer, working station, kelly, drilling and pipe handling tools.

Basic equipment of 1BA15.06/S drilling rig:

• hoisting tackle mounted on Ural-4320-1912-40 chassis with YAMZ-238 motor has similar design as 1BA15v.02/S, but it is distinguished by power take-off box with principle friction clutch, winch with disk pneumatic clutch, welding transformer;
• PK15B compressed air unit mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for well completion;
• BA15-71sb tool block mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for drill pipes transportation;
• hydraulic mixer, working station, kelly, drilling and pipe handling tools.

Basic equipment of 1BA15n.01/S drilling rig:

• hoisting tackle mounted on MAZ-5337 chassis includes R-410 rotary table, single-drum winch, 18,6 m mast with racking board, NB-50 mud pump, generator, swivel, manifold;
• NP15A pump-power unit with NB-125 pump mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer;
• hydraulic mixer, working station, setback, kelly, drilling and pipe handling tools.

Basic equipment of 1BA15k.01/S drilling rig:

• hoisting tackle mounted on MAZ-5337 chassis includes hinged R-410 rotary table, double-drum winch, inclined mast (16,5 meters height), NB-50 mud pump, generator, swivel, manifold;
• PKE15 compressed air-power unit mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer;
• BA15-271sb auxiliary block mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for drill pipes transportation;
• working station, kelly, drilling and pipe handling tools.

All drilling rigs of BA15 type can be extra completed in accordance with customer order:

• by NP15A pump-power unit with NB-125 pump mounted on
  MAZ-8925 trailer;
• by PK15B compressed air unit mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for well completion;
